This collection is the result of the author's own attempts to "go and learn" what our Father is trying to tell us in this unique, surprising little book. Each section starts with a passage from Hosea, followed by a short essay exploring one or more themes from the verses, and a few questions to direct your own thoughts about the material. The length should be suitable for regular personal Bible study, or shorter group discussion classes. They were originally formatted as weekly blog posts, and so the tone is informal, more of a conversational than a commentary.
