Condition: Excellent, developed by the editors of Campus Life
This Bible is not a translation, but a "paraphrase" of the Text. This means that the authors read the Greek text, and then translated what they thought the text meant to them as evangelical Christians. The Bible is definitely not a source of doctrine, as the verses are extremely colored by the doctrinal belief of the paraphrasers. BUT, the language is extremely readable, especially for children and young adults. Thus, for much of the New Testament, where doctrine is not the issue, this provides an excellent source of discussion.
