Infants are scholars 5 -7 years old on Sept 1

LESSON NOTES
The notes for each lesson include:
1. The Bible background, a summary of the aim of the lesson, and guidance on preparation.
2. A suggested outline of the lesson, and points of relevance of the children's lives.
3. Ideas for introducing prayer into the lesson, a Bible verse for the children to learn, and a song or rhyme which may be used if appropriate.

ACTIVITIES
Each lesson is designed to be taught at three levels, as appropriate to the needs of the children:
1. A lesson using an activity sheets, normally suitable for children who can read and write a little.
2. An alternative method, for children for whom a "hands on" approach is more suitable.
3. "Now Something Harder" for those who are older or more able.

Older Edition Activities
We have leftover last edition activities for the Infant Lessons. This can be useful for additional projects, home evenings, primary CYC, etc

Project Packs for Infants
These pack aims to provide a series of activities around various themes for primary's. Children learn most from direct experience, and the activities in these packs should help them to talk out the themes. Each pack covers five sessions of work, each lasting about 45 minutes. Man of the activities involve making things and talking about things as a group.

Quiz Packs for Primarys (Infants)
These packs aim to provide a range of informal activities for you to do with the children in your class. Each pack is divided into 5 units, each corresponding with a section of the syllabus. When you have taught the lessons in each section, you have the opportunity to have a quiz week, in which you use some of the activities in the appropriate unit with your class.

SING AND BIBLE STORY
These cassette tapes or CD's contain recording of the songs in the Notes and can be used:
1. To help a teacher learn a song in order to teach it to the children
2. To teach a song to the children so that they can sing it
3. For children to sing along during a lesson
4. Finally, it may be given to a child as a gift for playing at home.
